- One monthly fee per site, not per camera or per device. You don't have to request a quote and wait.
- Your band is set by how much we manage: how many devices, and how many people depend on them. A 24-flat building and a dental practice can hold similar equipment, but the building has 24 households behind it, and that is real work.
- Managing less costs less. If you want the network and the door access but no cameras, you sit a band lower than a site the same size with the full system.
- Installation is a separate one-time cost, priced after a free site survey.
24 apartments, District XI
A 24-flat building in District XI, with cameras at the entrances, an intercom, door access and the network behind all of it.
Installation runs about 2.3 to 3.6 million Ft including VAT, depending on how many entrances need covering and whether we can reuse existing conduit. Your site survey gives the exact number, and it includes the first six months of service.
A two-room Budapest flat already pays 12,000 to 15,000 Ft a month in közös költség, the common charge that covers the building's running costs. At around 2,000 Ft per apartment, AION is a visible line rather than a rounding error, and you can check it against the statement you already receive.
One owners' meeting vote covers the installation, the six included months and the ongoing rate. There is no second vote later.
A dental practice, one floor
Four cameras, two door readers, the network and the recorder, around ten devices in total.
Installation for a site this size runs about 2.2 million Ft including VAT, and it includes the first six months of service.
For comparison, a single four-hour emergency callout from a Budapest IT contractor runs to roughly 58,000 Ft once the call-out fee is counted. One bad afternoon costs more than a month of having somebody already responsible for the system.
If you want the network and access control without cameras, you move down a band.
A school or municipal office
Around 25 devices, roughly 30 staff who depend on them, and door access across several entrances.
That is 958,800 Ft a year, a single line in an annual budget rather than a series of unpredictable repair invoices.
Access reports, audit logs and answers to data-protection questions are part of the monthly service. We don't bill separately when somebody asks for them.
A private home
Homes work differently. The installation is the main event: a gateway, access points, cameras, a gate reader and a recorder for a typical house comes to about 1.8 million Ft including VAT, and the system is yours outright.
Monthly service is optional for a home, at 29,900 Ft including VAT. Most homeowners take the installation and manage the system themselves afterwards. If you would rather somebody else kept it patched, monitored and working, the option is there.

All prices include 27% VAT. The cost per apartment, per desk or per room falls as the site gets bigger.

Cameras that tell a delivery driver from somebody loitering at the entrance. You choose which ones get it, and the analysis runs on hardware on your own site. If you have no cameras, this does not apply to you.
Frequently asked questions
- What happens if something breaks?
- We respond remotely the same day, and on site the next business day. We're a small team, and we'd rather promise a time we can keep.
- What are we committing to after the first six months?
- A 12-month rolling term that renews automatically. You can cancel with 60-90 days' notice, and there is no multi-year lock-in.
- We only want networking and access control, no cameras. What do we pay?
- A band lower than the same site with cameras. Managing less genuinely costs us less, so the price follows. Your survey confirms which band you land in.
- If we cancel, do we lose access to our own system?
- No. You own the hardware from day one, and we hand back full administrator access within 14 days. Your footage never left your site.
- Do you charge per camera, like a lot of monitoring companies do?
- No. Adding a camera where you need one doesn't change your bill, unless it moves your site into a larger band.
- We found a company advertising condominium monitoring for 8,778 Ft a month. Why are you more than that?
- That price buys telephone notification on an alarm system your building already owns and looks after itself, with maintenance billed separately at 29,210 Ft a visit. Ours covers the equipment, the access control, the network it runs on, and an annual visit. If notification on a system you maintain yourself is what you need, that is the cheaper answer and you should take it.
- Why will you publish prices when almost nobody else does?
- Our costs are hardware you can look up yourself plus the work of running the system. Companies that send a guard have a cost that changes with every callout, so their quotes have to be individual.
When we're not the right choice
We're not the cheapest way to get cameras onto a site, and we don't send a guard. If you want the lowest possible price with nobody responsible afterwards, or a person on site within minutes of an alarm, buy that from a company built around doing it.
